Ben is known as The Guru Chef and teaches a seminar geared towards patients and their support persons called “Support from the Kitchen”. This seminar is part of The Bariatric Breakthrough Challenge series and focuses not only on cooking within bariatric guidelines, but also on the role and importance of the support person in the life of a bariatric patient.
