Welcome to the Weight Loss Surgery Foundation of America. My name is Wendy Campbell and I am serving as the WLSFA’s Vice President of Fund Raising.
I am 35 years old and live in Southern California. I had laparoscopic Lap Band surgery on March 23, 2009. I have been vlogging my weight loss surgery journey on You Tube since March of 2009. My personal channel is BandedWendy. I also direct a collaborative channel Proof WLS Works. I have published several hundred videos via these 2 channels discussing the good, the bad and the ugly of living with and loving my Lap Band.
I have spent the last 15 years working as a Sales and Marketing professional within the world of Consumer Packaged Goods. I am currently the Director of Sales & Marketing at HINT MINT, The Original Designer Breath Mint Company based in Los Angeles, California.
I hold a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island in 1995. I am also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson by the California Department of Real Estate.
