7 Week 0 to 5k Cardio Program: This cardiovascular training schedule will tell you exactly how much to walk or run each day and lead you from zero to WLSFA hero and get you ready to complete your 5k.
7 Week Strength and Resistance Do-It-Yourself Training Program: This Program Includes a three day a week Strength & Resistance exercise plan to build lean muscle.
Accountability Emails & Support & Workout Reminders: Participants will receive accountability, support and workout reminder emails each week reminding them what their program goals are for each week to help them stay on track.
Email & Text Access: to your Program Coach for exercise and program related questions
9 Weeks of FaceBook Live Chats offering 5k motivation, inspiration and preparation: These FaceBook Live Chats will be offered through a private group for 5k participants only. Participants that cannot make the designated times will have the ability to go back and watch the videos on the group page on their own time frame.
Topic conversation points will last approximately 30 minutes and there will be time for questions & answers and time for participants to celebrate their program success after each discussion:
